Hello & Welcome!

Welcome to my site! I’m so glad you stopped by. I started this blog for my debut middle grade novel, Joey Flynn’s Extraordinary Tale. It’s a story about a young boy learning to trust God after moving from California to Oregon. I wrote this book simply because God asked me to. I never had a dream to write, nor the desire. After many years of avoiding what God wanted me to do, I finally started writing the summer of 2010. God gave me every word, idea, and character. My personal story is one of obedience. God used a very ordinary person like me to do His will, and He wants to use you too! I’m here to encourage kids and adults. If you were at my house right now I’d make you something to eat. So, let’s pretend that I just baked some cookies and we’re hanging out.
